Reepham · Flint cottage · 2025

Kitchen dresser and hearth sightline

A 1780s cottage with a relocated range needed a freestanding dresser that stopped below the beam so flames remained visible from the table. Oak peg rails hold enamelware; lower cupboards hide the dishwasher behind vented panels.

Owner budget for furniture and styling was £14,200 excluding appliances we did not supply.

Elm Hill · Norwich · 2024

Parlour off a cobbled lane

Three-metre ceiling height allowed a taller bookcase flanking a restored fireplace. We sourced a pair of reupholstered armchairs in Norfolk linen rather than shipping new stock from London.

Project fee under the single room package; styling completed in one day before Christmas letting season.

Holt · Villa annex · 2024

Guest wing with twin-to-king flexibility

Pool-house bedroom serves grandchildren and adult friends across the season. Zip-link beds, stacked side tables, and blackout linen pairs keep the room flexible without a second furniture set.

Two-room guest package with shared palette drawn from the main house terracotta accents.

Wroxham · Broadland edge · 2023

Conservatory breakfast room

Glazed walls faced south-west; we specified pale oak and fade-tested cushions. Herbs on wheeled stands move outdoors April through October.

Combined with a mudroom strip at the side door — see our garden edges approach for threshold detail.

Burnham Market · Coastal flint · 2023

Sitting room against salt air

Unlacquered brass lamps and oak coffee table were chosen knowing patina would accelerate within two seasons. Owners preferred honest ageing to constant polishing.

Whole-house retainer covered three rooms over two quarters while family renovated the roof elsewhere on site.
